Short Term:
1. Have the fastest bike split at all my races
2. Find a coach, or someone to work with to establish a training plan
3. Race more with a focus on the Olympic/Half-Iron Distance
4. Run a sub 35 minute 10k off the bike
Long Term:
1. Finish top 5 at an Ironman 70.3 and/or 5150 and qualify for the national championship within the next 3 years.
2. Continue to be more involved in the Tri community
3. Remember to save time for fun
